DONATIONS EARN PRIZES

Earn great prizes based on your total contributions.  The more you collect, the better your prize and the greater your contribution to the fight against MS.  Check with your employer to see if your company has a matching gifts program.  (You can double your money raised and get closer to your goal and prizes.)

In 2013- for the last time ever... the $75 prize level earns you the collectible WALK MS SHORT SLEEVED T-SHIRT.  Get it this year before the donation level goes up to $100 in 2014!! With the exception of the short sleeve t-shirt prizes are not cumulative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

If you qualify for the short sleeve t-shirt and/or long sleeve t-shirt (available at the $150 level), they will be available for pick up on the day of the Walk MS event. If your size is not available we will mail it to you after the event. For all particpants claiming a prize at the $250 level and beyond, a prize form will be mailed or emailed to you after the donation collection deadline (May 18). You will submit the form via mail or website to redeem and your prize will be mailed to you.

You may select a prize from your qualifying fundraising level.
